Apparently it has already affected the language center of your brain. Excellent use of the tongue, there, chief.

For your answer, YES, it destroys the nasal passages, including the nasal septum. In the early stages, this can cause anosmia, or the inability to smell, and later, as your body loses the ability to filter and expel pathogens, it can cause infection and death. Furthermore, doing “a few lines on the weekend” would, in fact, begin the “rot,” not to mention the other dangers of cocaine, including heart attack and death.

Methadone is normally used in the US to help combat opioid addiction, as it acts on the opioid receptors and has a milder, but longer duration. It can also be used to combat chronic pain. Combining Methadone with other drugs often results in death. Further more, the side effects are numerous, including but certainly not limited to: vomiting, cardiac arrhythmia, chronic fatigue, sweating, heat intolerance, exhaustion, ah yes, and death.

If this is, in fact, your goal, please feel free and help reduce the surplus population.
