Any Advice for Quitting Drugs?

Question by sunshine:): Any advice for quitting drugs?
I’ve started smoking weed since I was 14, a year later started taking a lot of ecstasy, tried shrooms, and I’ve recently gotten into cocaine but I know I need and want to stop.
It’s been making me feel so tired and I’m definately not as happy as I used to be.
Is there any way to do this without going to a rehab facility? How hard is it & how can I do it?

and please no negative comments about how stupid drugs are, I’m trying to work on this.

There’s no easy and fast way to do this. You need someone to help you, like a girlfriend, psychiatrist or parents.

Have you ever tried quitting cocaine and maybe starting over, going back to weed? I know that you should try and get yourself off everything, but baby steps. I know a lot of ppl that were in your shoes, and they just up and quit, and took up reefer again. Then when they were able to stay off of hard drugs, they quit that too as that ones easy to quit. It’s by far the lesser of two evils.

Otherwise, I think treatment might be the only option..
