Question by Matt Mcculla: Why do I have a recurring dream of me grinding my teeth until they crack?
I’ve been having a recurring dream that I’m grinding my teeth, then my jaw locks up. I grind until my jaw opens up, then my jaw cracks and so do my teeth, almost shattering. Does this mean something? I do suffer from anxiety. Could this be a “side-effect”? Thanks!

It could possibly mean that you’re in concern about your teeth, or you need to deal with anxiety related issues.

Your dream means that you are nervous about something, i dont know what it is but openn up to yourself and dig deep you will find what it is your worried about! Good luck!
