Why Can’t I Stop Masturbating?

Question by Mentally: Why can’t I stop masturbating?
Every time I do it, I feel so guilty afterwards. I don’t want to do it, I fight it but always give in. I’m 23 now, married, etc.. But i still can’t seem to escape this “addiction”?

There any victors out there that have fought it or anyone know any methods to help with quitting? I use to do cocaine, it was easier to quit than this. I doubt smokers have this much of an issue.
Rather addictive behavior. Some times once a day, some times I’m too busy to do it all some days. And then there are days when I do it 3+ times in one day. I don’t need it, I just feel as if I want it, it gives me a different kind of “relief”, I’m not sure I do it for the pleasure.

But how often do you masturbate and do you masturbate because you have a need to or because you feel you have to?
