totally withdrawn like in their own world, saying their hear voices or that someone on the tv is talking to them or aliens are trying to contact them, believing people are watching them or following them, neglecting personal hygiene, totally different personalities like if it’s a female one side acts all prim and proper and then the other acts totally outrageous…..
