Weight Loss Question?

I am at 32.5% body fat, and would love to be down to at least 15% between April and June of 2010. If anyone has any diet/weight-lifting plans to suggest, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been doing this for 6 months and i have lost 43 pounds from 223 to 180. Wake up early in the morning before school or work and eat a massive amount, enough to carry you until you get home. When you get home have a small snack but make sure it is before 6 pm. After the snack run a mile or two and lift occasionally. This plan is awesome!

1] Normal [ healthy ] BMI is 20 to 24%. 25% is ‘overweight’; 30% is ‘obese’
2] eat a well balaqnced diet – no fried, fast, or junk foods – even diet
3] do aerobic exercise SIX days a week to loose weight [ start at 30 min, work up to 45 to 60 min ]
4] alternate three days a week of:
a] weight lifting, with
b] 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, pullups, situps, obliques, and crunches
