How to Create Fake Dripping Blood?

Question by twilightnharrypotter: How to create fake dripping blood?
I know it’s a little early to think about Halloween. BUT, I need to figure out how to create fake dripping blood that goes down my neck.
I tried adding constarch to some fake blood that I have, but it just made it crack and it didn’t look like blood at all. Help!
I need something that will look like blood, and creating the “dripping effect” but will dry on. Thanks in advance!

mix corn syrup (or glucose syrup), with mainly red food dye and a few drops of blue food dye. add some cocoa and to make it set a small amount of corn starch. I would say make a few different shades of blood to make it more realistic, by adding a few more or less drops of blue dye to the blood. here’s a video on youtube about it, but if you don’t like it just search ‘how to make fake blood on the internet and it should have plenty of answers for you. 🙂
