How Much Time Will You Serve for Distributing Cocaine for the First Time?

Question by Jessica: how much time will you serve for distributing cocaine for the first time?
My friend is in Bergen County Jail in New Jersey.. his inmate info says “no bail set/bond revoked” Charge is : “Dist Cocaine”. His trial is Wednesday August 12th 2009… what is he looking at…?? Is this serious time or could he be let off? How long if he is sentenced? ..he has never been in jail for anything like this ever…. just want to know what to expect.. and also is it possible for him to be visited without having a bail set yet…. if anybody can give me any answers i’d really appreciate it… thanks!
oh my God… i dont even know where to start.. i called the county jail and they had me on hold and never came back.. this sucks. but thanks for your help..

He is looking at significant time and you can count on him not getting let off. He is going away for a minimum of 10 years if I had to guess.
