hi i dont understand how people can get addicted to heroin i have took it loads of times ijected and i can hit or miss it or never take it again

75-80 percent of people can use cocaine or heroin for a while and stop when they decide to stop. You are not alone.

IF they keep using it, however, sooner or later the brain stops making the chemicals that interact with the drug and keep it from taking over the “pleasure centers” of the brain.

You’re playing with fire, kid, and you’ve been lucky so far. This will change as you get older. Don’t push your luck too far!

every body its different and so its the heroin levels towards the reaction of the body. If you take small amounts, or the heroin its not as strongly formulated the chemicals are not so strong to react in your body, also if you do not injected properly inside the vein it will not react, sometimes when junkies do it often their veins get hard and the heroin will bounce back and not go through the veins rejecting the drug , that’s why most junkies use different places to do it because after a few tries it will no longer work or accept the drugs in the vein to run to your blood. You must be addictive or otherwise why would you keep trying tons of times if it does not make an effect. People use drugs so they can get high and have the benefit of feeling it. When people dont feel anything they dont keep doing it because it makes no sense to keep doing something tons of times if it does not work. So either your in denial or you dont know how to shoot it up properly. I suggest you quit heroine and detox, if your addictive to heroin then try methadone programs until you clean up your mess or the mess will take care of you.
