READ PLEASE ITS BUGGING ME!
Ok lets say you have what 4 mountain dews, 3 pepsi’s, and 5 monsters/amps.
you start driving and are pulled over.
The cop asks are you drunk.
You say no. (but you do it like your on drugs, ect cause your on a caffine high)
he asks you to step out of the car and does a surbrity test…you fail!
But you’ve only had caffine so my question is can the arrest you for being…on a caffine high? isn’t it like being on alcohal, except you wouldn’t be wasted in the morning over a toilet.
so would he really arrest you? its been buggging me for a while…
lol sorry but have you seen me when im on a caffine high?

No they can’t arrest you for being ‘high on caffine’ but if your driving dangeously then they can arrest you.

I don’t think so… not sure but I don’t think so. It depends if your driving recklessly or not.
