What does it mean when i have a bad stomach ache and my right side hurts really bad along with my right shoulder?

The nerve supply to the internal abdominal organs don’t corresond to the area immediately over them… it’s slightly different.

When the diaphragm (muscle between lungs and abdomen) is irritated you get shoulder tip-pain. Un;less you’re old enough to have a heart-attack…

It has nothing to do with Sugar, Don’t wait to read the next answer…. rush to a doctor…
