Tatum O’Neal Back In Rehab? – It’s no secret that Tatum O’Neal has had a long struggle with substance abuse, but is she secretly back in rehab? Rumors have surfaced that she is, after suffering a serious relapse on cocaine last month. A source says she voluntarily checked into rehab, but “is doing really, really bad at the facility she is at. Tatum isn’t at a 12 step based treatment program, and that is a huge problem…Tatum is essentially in denial about how bad her addiction is.” But Tatum’s rep said she is not at a DRUG rehab center, she actually quote: “went to a place that could supervise her use of prescribed pain killers.” Her rep says the pain is a result of back issues she has always had and she will always seek supervision when taking prescription medication that has addictive potential.”
