What Do the WWE Mean by Saying “*Name of Wreslter* Failed a Wellness Policy Test?”?

Question by TheOne: What do the WWE mean by saying “*Name of wreslter* failed a wellness policy test?”?
This has happened most recently to Sin Cara.

I thought it meant use of steroids, but it doesn’t look like Cara would use them? and I’m pretty sure Cena used/uses them and alot of other wrestlers?

FYI- The original Sin Cara returned to smackdown this week, and alot of eyes were rolling. For those who haven’t heard yet, smackdown had to do two takes of the match between Cara and Heath slater.

It means any drug but Marijuana. Could be pain killers, steroids, amphetamines, cocaine, heroin etc.
Don’t rule the little guys out for roids. Rey did em.

It’s a failed drug test in general, not necessarily steroids.
