Pls don’t try this if you are not trained or instructed. Chiropractors do a good job and help many people. I had a physical therapist which used acupressure and showed me how to do it. Really helps!!!

If your not a chiropractor you shouldn’t. You can be putting your self out of alignment. Which can cause problems later on for you.
