Question by Jon Red Sox Go Hawks!: I have seen many people ask for an all steroid team but how about an all illegal amphetamine team with players?
that were known to use “greenies” or some other kind of illegal amphetamines? You can use players such as Hank Aaron and Willie Mays here that were mentioned under oath in the drug trafficking trials of the 1980’s as well as players that tested positive for amphetamines more recently.

Some people don’t understand the affects of amphetamines (uppers). Many boxers and pro fighters rail a line of cocaine or pop some amphetamines prior to a big fight because it makes them feel invincible out there. It gives them energy for hours and hours on end. This, to me, is cheating.

In my book, Mike Schmidt, along with others in the 80’s and 90’s, were cheaters, as well.

It’s funny how some people vilify Bonds, McGuire, and Sosa, thinking that the guys prior to the Steroid era were Saints.
