New to the American Lexicon: “Jeffed Up” Meaning Same as “Messing Up” Only W/ Emphasis?

Question by Dr. Jazz ?? E??l A??????s ??: New to the American lexicon: “Jeffed up” meaning same as “messing up” only w/ emphasis?
I shall like to formally add the word “jeff” as a slang word for “mess” and “jeffed up” as synonymous with “seriously messed up”

i.e. “He really jeffed up this time!”

etymology: “Jeff” as archaic word for “fool”, plus “effed up” being sanitized version of “f***ed up”.

In honor today of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) who, after several days of attempting unsuccessfully to paint Judge Sotomayor as racially biased fumbled his words and said today 7-16-2009 “we will smoke of the crack cocaine“, as if we haven’t suspected that already.

He’s just jeffed up!

I don’t think Jeff is quite popular enough to even have a phrase named after him…
